Client agrees to the following:
The terms Customer and Client are used interchangeably here, referring to the person who purchased and or is using the service(s).
The term service(s) refers to and includes: courses, clubs, tarot readings, birth chart readings, 1:1 coaching, and anything purchased on or through emerald-goddess.com (this includes tarot readings purchased through the 3rd party 'Squareup" link)
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the courses, clubs, tarot readings, birth chart readings, and 1:1 coaching (collectively known as services). By purchasing and/or participating in any service(s) you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions set here and that (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) that you have not previously been suspended or removed from any service(s); and (iii) that Mira Nilkanth (Emerald Goddess Coaching) can contact you via zoom or email for services, service notifications and alerts, and anything else pertaining to services.
Disclosure Pertaining to all Services
Mira Nilkanth is NOT guaranteeing anything or any specific outcome. Mira is not liable for clients decisions or actions during or after the service(s). Mira cannot be held liable or legally responsible for the clients choices during or after purchasing service(s). The services offered by Mira or Emerald Goddess Coaching through
emerald-goddess.com should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment and will not be used in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. All services are for entertainment, educational, and or personal development purposes ONLY, not for major life decisions, please consult the correct professionals for times of crisis. If Mira feels the client is being disrespectful or malicious in any way she can deny or end the service(s) at her discretion. Service(s) cannot be shared or distributed with anyone other than the client. The service(s) and or anything created within the service(s) is for the client ONLY and cannot be shared on public platforms. The clients privacy is extremely important, any information given will remain private and confidential in accordance with the law (see the full privacy policy for more information). Any year ahead readings begin in the month of purchase and cover the following 12 months, ending in the same month of the next year (for example: if the reading was purchased July 2025 the year ahead reading would look at July 2025-July 2026). If a year ahead reading is purchased at the end of the month then the same applies but for the following month (for example: if the reading is purchased in late July 2025, then the reading would be from August 2025 -August 2026).

All 1:1 sessions (1:1 coaching, birth chart reading, birth chart year ahead breakdown, and clubs) are conducted via Zoom, by purchasing the service the client is agreeing to use Zoom in order to conduct the session. Prior to our session it is the responsibility of the client to ensure Zoom is working on their device and that they are able to login, this way at the set appointment time they are able to join the meeting. An email containing the Zoom link will be sent to the client after purchase.
Email Opt In: By purchasing any service(s), I (the client) understand that I am agreeing to be added to the email list for the purpose of receiving information related to this purchase, as well as other related offers.
Courses
Use of Courses: All Courses and content are the property of Mira Nilkanth and Emerald Goddess Coaching. Course content may only be used in the manner of personal use. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from Mira Nilkanth and Emerald Goddess Coaching. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the course. As an course registrant, you may view and read all materials that are included in the course dashboard. You may also print any or all screen and pdf file pages for your personal use in taking the course, but you may not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the course, login and password, recordings, references, links or any other materials. The terms and conditions regarding use of materials apply upon registration for the course, while you are taking the course, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating the course.
Course Access: Only course registrants have access to the course dashboard.
Refunds for Courses: You may withdraw from an online program at any time. However, once you have joined and have logged in to the course, you will not receive a refund for any reason.
Effective Period: Once a course is joined, lifetime access will be granted, however, registrant may be removed from course at any time if policies have been abused.
1:1 Coaching Services
The services provided by Mira Nilkanth are generally conducted via Zoom. 1:1 Coaching is a partnership focused on developing the client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities in order to help the client identify and achieve her personal development goals. In coaching conversations, Mira will be direct and honest and encourage the Client to do the same. The success of the coaching engagement depends upon the Client’s commitment and openness to the process. If the Client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the Client agrees to communicate this to the Coach. Please note that life coaching should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment and will not be used in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
Coaching Confidentiality
Mira Nilkanth fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of the communications with her Clients. At no time will Mira voluntarily divulge the coaching relationship between herself and her Clients without vocal permission from the Clients, unless required to do so by law. All discussions during coaching sessions will remain private, and will not be shared outside the call. Coaching sessions are a safe and trusted space to open up, learn and grow with Mira.
Coaching Session
At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. The Coach and Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is cancelled and the Client will receive a refund of 50% of their session fee. For coaching sessions purchased in the monthly package, you will receive 50% of the individual session price (ex: package is comprised of 4 individual sessions all priced at $130, therefore the Client will receive 50% of $130).
Tarot Readings Disclosure
This is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. Anything said is personal opinion not fact. Seek medical or professional help from Doctors or Certified Professionals only, prior to making any health related/ personal choices and decisions. Tarot Readings should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment and will not be used in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. When reading I am pulling from the current energies however you always have free will, use discernment and understand that this is not a diagnosis of any kind nor replacement for any of the afore mentioned treatments or professional services who can provide diagnosis. Mira will not answer questions related to death, health related issues, or any other question she deems inappropriate or requiring professional diagnosis. Any timing related questions or anything within the tarot reading related to timing can vary greatly based on current energies and choices, so it is not fact but opinion and not intended to be taken as fact. Mira will NEVER make death related predictions through tarot readings. Tarot readings are sent through a private youtube video link. Tarot readings are purchased through a link which will direct you to a 3rd party website; squareup. The terms and conditions set here still apply when you purchase through the link.
Club Conditions and Disclosures
The clubs are a safe space for people to gather and share in the community. In this space registrants share their thoughts, opinions and any other information as it relates to the club. Mira Nilkanth and members of the club agree to fully protect the privacy and confidentiality of the communications had in the group (including video calls, group posts, etc). At no time will Mira or members of the club voluntarily divulge private information from the club without vocal permission from members, unless required to do so by law. All discussions during club sessions (including video calls, group posts, etc) will remain private, and will not be shared outside the club. Clubs are a safe and trusted space to open up, learn and grow with Mira and other members. Please be mindful that as this is a shared space with others only share those things you are comfortable with others knowing. You are not required to share and divulge private information. Club meetings are generally conducted via Zoom, once a month, date and time to be determined by Mira and will be sent out via email and as a notification in the group posts. Birth Chart Reading Disclosures

When exploring the birth chart we look at how the various planets interact with each other, however you always have free will, use discernment and understand that this is not a diagnosis of any kind nor replacement for any of the afore mentioned treatments or professional services who can provide diagnosis. Mira will not answer questions related to death, health related issues, or any other question she deems inappropriate or requiring professional diagnosis. Any timing related questions or anything within the birth chart reading related to timing can vary greatly based on current energies and choices, so it is not fact but opinion and not intended to be taken as fact. Birth chart readings are generally conducted via zoom. By purchasing the birth chart reading the client agrees to provide their full birthdate, exact time of birth, and location of birth prior to the 1:1 scheduled session so Mira can create the clients birth chart. Providing this information prior to the 1:1 scheduled session allows the client to make the most of the session and allows Mira to prepare notes and the PDF document (which includes the clients full birth chart breakdown) with all the notes for the client so they can refer to it during the session. All of this information is kept private and Mira will NEVER share or divulge this information to anyone other than the client unless required to do so by law. By purchasing the birth chart reading the client agrees to join the zoom call at the scheduled appointment time, and begin the session. Mira and the Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for the session, Mira will assume the session is cancelled and the Client will receive a pre-recorded birth chart reading breakdown instead, sent via a private youtube video link.
Cancellations & Reschedules - Coaching
All sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 8 hours prior to appointment. If session is not rescheduled or cancelled 8 hours prior, a 50% refund will be issued by the Coach and received by the Client, and a new session will need to be booked. (Monthly package cancellations determined upon request)
To reschedule or cancel visit emerald-goddess.com, login to your account, navigate to "my bookings", and select either "reschedule" or "cancel".
Refunds & Cancellations - Tarot Readings
Within 24 hours of purchase the customer may request to cancel the reading and receive full refund for the reading. Between 24 to 48 hours, after the purchase of the reading the customer may request to cancel the reading and they will receive a 50% refund. After 48 hours, the customer will not receive a refund for any reason. To cancel please email us at contact@emerald-goddess.com include your name and receipt number.
Refunds & Cancellations - Bonus Tarot Readings/ Extended Tarot Readings
Both bonus tarot readings and extended tarot readings are pre-filmed and the link is sent to the Customer within 24 hours of purchase. For this reason, Customer will not receive a refund after purchase of bonus/extended tarot readings for any reason.
Refunds & Cancellations - Birth Chart Readings
Within 24 hours of purchase the client may request to cancel the reading and receive full refund for the reading. After 24 hours the client will not receive a refund for any reason due to the fact that after 24 hours from purchase I start creating the clients birth chart breakdown. Client may reschedule their appointment at any point prior to the originally scheduled appointment start time, but they will not receive a refund when rescheduling. To reschedule or cancel, visit emerald-goddess.com, login to your account, navigate to "my bookings", and select either "reschedule" or "cancel".
Accounts and Registration
You need an account to use most service(s), and you may be required to be logged in to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that the information you provide to us is and will be accurate, complete and up-to-date at all times. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, incomplete or not up-to-date, or if we determine in our sole discretion that such information may be inaccurate, incomplete or not up-to-date, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse you any and all current or future use of any service(s). You may NOT register for more than one account or register for an account on behalf of an individual other than yourself. If you have reason to believe your account is no longer secure, immediately notify us at contact@emerald-goddess.com
