Refund & Cancellation Policy
Client agrees to the following:
The terms Customer and Client are used interchangeably here, referring to the person who purchased and or is using the service(s). When the term Coach is used here or anywhere on this website it refers to Mira Nilkanth.The term service(s) includes: courses, clubs, tarot readings, birth chart readings, 1:1 coaching, and anything purchased on or through emerald-goddess.com (this includes tarot readings purchased through the 3rd party 'Squareup" link)
Refunds for Online Programs (Courses)
You may withdraw from an online program at any time. However, once you have joined and have logged in to the course, you will not receive a refund for any reason.
Once a course is joined, lifetime access will be granted, however, registrant may be removed from course at any time if policies have been abused.
Refunds for Coaching
At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. The Coach and Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is cancelled and the Client will receive a refund of 50% of their session fee. Coaching sessions must be cancelled 8 hours prior to the start of the appointment time for full refund (only applicable to single coaching sessions), if the session is not cancelled 8 hours prior then the Client will only receive 50% refund of their session total. The coach reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to immediately terminate any session without refund if the Client's conduct is deemed inappropriate.
Refunds for Clubs
You may cancel your monthly or yearly club subscription at any time and your subscription will continue till the end of your billing cycle, at which point your subscription will end and you will not be charged during the next billing cycle. Once cancelled and the subscription expired (at the end of your current billing cycle) you will no longer have access to the club and or anything associated with the club (including content, community, posts, etc). Once you have joined and logged in you will not receive a refund for any reason. The club subscriptions will automatically renew either monthly or yearly depending on your specific subscription type, unless you cancel your subscription. You authorize us to automatically charge your stored method of payment on a monthly or annual basis when you join the club. Registrant may be removed from club at any time if policies have been abused.
Cancellations & Reschedules
All sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 8 hours prior to appointment. If session is not rescheduled or cancelled 8 hours prior, a 50% refund will be received and a new session will need to be booked. (Monthly package cancellations determined upon request)
To reschedule or cancel, visit emerald-goddess.com, login to your account, navigate to "my bookings", and select either "reschedule" or "cancel".
Refunds & Cancellations - Tarot Readings
Within 24 hours of purchase the customer may request to cancel the reading and receive full refund for the reading. Between 24 to 48 hours, after the purchase of the reading the customer may request to cancel the reading and they will receive a 50% refund. After 48 hours, the customer will not receive a refund for any reason. To cancel please email us at contact@emerald-goddess.com include your name and receipt number. Tarot readings are purchased through a 3rd party website; squareup, all refunds and cancellations will be processed through squareup. The terms and conditions, refund and cancellation policies set here still apply to the tarot readings purchased through squareup.
Refunds & Cancellations - Bonus Tarot Readings/Extended Tarot Readings
Both bonus tarot readings and extended tarot readings are pre-filmed and the link is sent to the Customer within 24 hours of purchase. For this reason, Customer will not receive a refund after purchase of bonus/extended tarot readings for any reason.
Refunds & Cancellations - Birth Chart Readings
Within 24 hours of purchase the client may request to cancel the reading and receive full refund for the reading. After 24 hours the client will not receive a refund for any reason due to the fact that after 24 hours from purchase I start creating the clients birth chart breakdown. Client may reschedule their appointment at any point but they will not receive a refund when rescheduling. To reschedule or cancel, visit emerald-goddess.com, login to your account, navigate to "my bookings", and select either "reschedule" or "cancel". Mira reserves the right to immediately terminate any session without refund if the Client's conduct is deemed inappropriate by her.
