Service Description
Experience deep inner work and personal transformation. Embrace your inner goddess, uproot old beliefs, and heal old wounds to break through cycles and patterns holding you back. Through introspection, connect to your inner being and start living the life you want, and having the experiences you want. It's time to unlock your true potential and achieve the personal growth you've been searching for. Each session is 60 minutes, package includes 4 sessions.
Cancellation Policy
The terms Customer and Client are used interchangeably here, referring to the person who purchased and or is using the service(s). The term service(s) includes: courses, clubs, tarot readings, birth chart readings, 1:1 coaching, and anything purchased on or through emerald-goddess.com (this includes tarot readings purchased through the 3rd party 'Squareup" link) All 1:1 sessions (Coaching sessions, Birth Chart Reading sessions) must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 8 hours prior to appointment. If session is not rescheduled or cancelled 8 hours prior, a 50% refund will be issued to client and a new session will need to be booked. (Monthly package cancellations determined upon request) See full "Refund/ Cancellation Policy" for information on how to cancel or reschedule. At the scheduled appointment time, the client agrees to join the zoom call and begin the session. The coach and client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the coach will assume the session is cancelled and the client will receive a 50% refund of their session fee. Coaching sessions must be cancelled 8 hours prior to the appointment start time for full refund (only applicable to single coaching sessions, not for coaching package). If the session is not cancelled 8 hours prior the the client will be issued a 50% refund of their session total. You may cancel your monthly club subscription at any time and your subscription will continue till the end of your billing cycle, at which point your subscription will end and you will not be charged during the next billing cycle. Once cancelled and the subscription expired (at the end of your current billing cycle) you will no longer have access to the club and or anything associated with the club (including content, community, posts, etc). Once you have joined and logged in you will not receive a refund for any reason. The club subscriptions will automatically renew monthly. Birth Chart Readings can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, there will be no refund after 24 hours.
